Canadian Egress Window Calculator

Note: According to the National Building Code of Canada 2020, bedroom egress windows must provide an unobstructed opening of at least 0.35 m² (3.77 ft²), with no dimension less than 380 mm (15 inches) in height or width. The window must be openable from the inside without the use of tools or special knowledge and must maintain the required opening during an emergency without additional support.
